days. It takes 3 additional days for the unit to ship from the factory to MsLola.com. At that time you will receive An End of
Production email notifying that your order is ready to ship to you. If the order is paid in full, it will ship promptly via the delivery
method specified on your order form. If a balance is due, your order will ship promptly after the final payment is made.
Important! We try hard to meet production deadlines, however, occasionally delays of a few days to one week or longer may
occur at the factory. These delays are unintentional and can result when a unit does not pass the final inspection or during
Chinese holidays when the factory is closed. If your unit is delayed because of one of these exceptions, MsLola.com can no
longer refund any of the production fee because this money has already been paid to our workers. If you can not accept a
possible delay with the production of your unit, PLEASE DO NOT choose a rush or super rush production! If you have any

PAYMENTS, RETURNS & REFUNDS:
Custom wigs and hair units may be returned if the workmanship is defective, if the wrong unit is shipped or if the unit is not made
with the same specifications given on the original order form. Under either of these circumstances, Ms Lola will remake the wig
or hair unit at her expense. NO CASH REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN! If you must return a wig or hair unit for one of the above
reasons, you must contact Ms Lola within 48 hours of receiving the unit for a return authorization. No returns will be accepted
without prior authorization from Ms Lola. Once authorization is given, all returns must be shipped by the United States Postal
Service w/Signature or Delivery Confirmation.
Important! Please try on your wig or hair unit immediately upon receiving it and make sure it is as you ordered. If there are any
inconsistencies, do not cut the lace or alter the hair in any way. If you alter the wig or hair unit, it can not be returned for any
reason. Contact MsLola to receive a return authorization. Return the wig or hair unit within 7 business days of receipt, in the
original condition, which means the lace can not be cut or damaged; the hair can not be altered in any way. All wigs and hair
units will be remade with the EXACT specifications from the original order form. Changing specifications is not allowed!
