| Indian Remy hair is processed from Indian Virgin hair. It is silky with a natural wave in its initial state. It can be further processed into yaki, deep wave, wavy, and numerous other textures. Indian Remy is the decided favorite for wigs and weft hair because it is less expensive than hair derived from other origins. |
| Indian Virgin is the origin from which Indian Remy hair is derived. This hair origin is most popular because the hair is plentiful, relatively inexpensive, can be colored and permed with curls or waves and the hair will retain its tensile quality, which enables the wig to last sometimes for years. |
| Chinese Virgin is the origin from which Chinese Remy hair is derived. This hair origin is also very popular because the hair is very strong and can withstand double processing with texture plus very light coloring, and still retain its tensile quality, which enables the wig to last sometimes for years. |
