Production Times for Custom Hair Units:
Ms Lola offers two production times for wigs, half wigs, 3/4 wigs, frontals, and
weft hair as follows:
Standard Production: 5 to 6 weeks
Rush Production: 21 to 25 days
Please allow 3 days after completion for the unit to arrive at MsLola.com. You will
then receive An End of Production email notifying you that your order is ready to
ship. If your order is paid in full, it will ship promptly via the delivery method
specified on your order form. If a balance is due, your order will ship promptly
after the final payment is made.
Rush Fee Policy: We try hard to meet production deadlines, however occasional
delays may occur at the factory, which can result in longer production times.
These delays are unintentional and only result because we make sure that expert
craftsmanship goes into the production of all wigs and hair units before they leave
the factory.
If a rush production is delayed more than 3 days of the delivery time to you, we
will deduct $25 from the rush production fee. We can not issue the entire $50
because factory workers have already been paid. If you have any questions or
concerns during the production period, please feel free to contact Ms Lola.
Policies for order form submissions and invoices: Once we receive order forms,
we spend a great deal of time reviewing each one, then sending out invoices for
payment. This is a very time-consuming process, so please, if you change your
mind once you receive the invoice, just reject the invoice so that we will know that
you are no longer interested in placing the order, which is fine because you are
under no obligation to make a purchase just because you have submitted an
order form.
If you have not rejected an invoice at the end of one week, prompt payment is
expected. If invoices are not paid after seven (7) days, order forms will be deleted.

defective, if the wrong unit is shipped or if the unit is not the unit ordered. Under either of these circumstances,
Ms Lola will have the unit remade at her expense. No cash refunds will be given, as the units are made
especially for you, therefore you can not return a unit simply because you've changed your mind after receiving
it. All remake units will be made with the EXACT specifications from the original order form. Please do no ask for
changes, as this will constitute a new order and you will have to pay for a new order.
If you do have to return a unit for one of the above reasons, you must contact Ms Lola within 48 hours of
receiving the unit to request return authorization. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization from
Ms Lola. Once authorization is given, all returns must be shipped with signature or delivery confirmation.
VERY IMPORTANT: Wigs and hair units must be returned within 7 business days of receipt, in the original
condition, which means the lace can not be cut or damaged; the hair can not be altered in any way. Customers
are strongly advised to check all orders immediately and to try on the hair units before cutting the lace or
restyling the hair. NO RETURN OF WIGS AND HAIR UNITS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER 7 DAYS.
PLEASE NOTE: Payment is due promptly on custom and repair units after the End of Production email is sent. If
balance is not paid for these units at the end of 30 days, they become the property of MsLola.com and deposits
will be forfeited, therefore PLEASE DO NOT ORDER A HAIR UNIT FOR WHICH YOU DO NOT INTEND TO COMPLETE
PAYMENT... BECAUSE YOU WILL BE THROWING AWAY YOUR MONEY!

- Decide if you want to order a Celebrity Style wig, freestyle wig (hair is off the face without partings),
or if your will submit a style via email to sales@MsLola.

1. Carefully take your 6 head measurements according to the chart and corresponding written
instructions.
2. Select the desired color, or optionally email a picture to Ms Lola of the desired color. Select
optional highlights and or highlight area(s).
3. Determine if you want bleached or unbleached knots.
4. Select hair density for your wig.
5. Select hair texture, or alternately email a picture to Ms Lola of the desired hair texture.
6. Select the lace color that best matches your complexion.
7. Select the cap design for your wig.
8. Finally, input all of your specifications into the order form below. If you have questions or
additional comments for Ms Lola, please input them into the 'Comments' box at the very bottom of the
order form.
You will receive an invoice for your order before the next production day. You may pay with Visa,
Mastercard, or Discover through PayPal secure server or directly to Ms Lola at 252-337-9844. You may
also remit your payment with a personal check, money order, or Western Union transfer.
After your payment is confirmed, production will begin on your custom unit the following Monday. You
can expect completion in 4 to 6 weeks for standard production, 25 days for a rush production, or 18
days for a super rush production. Add three additional days to either production time for the wig to
ship to me. Once I receive your wig from the factory, you will receive an End of Production email,
giving shipping details, or a payment request if you owe a balance. At that time, you may order
accessory products to be shipped with your wig. You will be invoiced for all of these costs. Once
payment is received, your order will ship within 24 hours.

finalizing your payment.
