Please read carefully to avoid confusion with your orders.
UPS deliveries usually ship the same day but can take up to 72 hours depending on the volume of orders received at a given time. We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday or Monday.

•UPS 2nd Day Air: up to 2 business days
•UPS 3 Day Select (certain locations only): Up to 3 business days
•UPS Next Day Air Saver: Up to 1 business day
•UPS International Standard (Canada): Up to 5 business days
•UPS Worldwide Saver (International Countries): Up to 3 business days
Customers who request intercept or rerouted packages will have to pay the $15 fee that UPS charges.
USPS deliveries ship once weekly, usually 5 to 7 business days.
•USPS DOMESTIC PRIORITY (inside U.S. ONLY; Tracking is not available, only confirmation after delivery.): 2-3 business days.
•USPS International Express: 5-7 business days (can take up to 3 weeks or longer; tracking is not available, only confirmation after delivery.)
•USPS International Priority: 6-10 (can take up to 3 weeks or longer; tracking is not available, only confirmation after delivery.)
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Delivery times with USPS are very unreliable, and can take 4 weeks or longer depending on your location. MsLola.com has no control over the transit or delivery times and we will not be held accountable for slow deliveries after we have handed packages over to USPS. To avoid frequent problems that have arisen with the US Postal Service, WE STRONGLY URGE you to select UPS Worldwide Saver so that packages can be delivered more securely with reliable tracking throughout transit. Also note: international deliveries may be delayed by your country's Customs/Import department. Additional charges may be requested later if we need to pay additional costs to UPS / USPS. We will contact you for the payment before your package will be shipped.
Don't forget to select USPS only for shipping PO Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses.

POLICIES FOR CUSTOM WIGS AND HAIR UNITS
MsLola.com tries hard to meet production deadlines, however, occasionally delays of a few days to one week or longer may occur at the factory. Any delays are unintentional and can result for various reasons, including a unit not passing final inspection, Chinese holidays, US holidays, MsLola.com vacations, holidays or closings. If your unit is delayed, MsLola.com no longer refunds any of the production fees, as this money has already been paid to her factory workers.
If you can not accept possible delays with the production of your unit, PLEASE DO NOT choose a rush or super rush production! Important: We do not contact customers when productions are late. If your order is more than one week late, you may contact us by email ONLY at sales@MsLola.com and we will give you an update. Please allow 48 business hours for a reply.
Production policies at MsLola.com for custom wigs and hair units are strictly enforced to provide maximum customer satisfaction. For this reason, orders cannot be cancelled after productions start unless there is an error on our part with your order, so please be sure to review your unit specifications carefully on order forms and Start of Production notifications. If any are incorrect, contact Ms Lola within 24 business hours at sales@MsLola.com. Failure to do so will result in your wig or hair unit being made according to the original order form, and thus voiding our return policy.
Expert craftsmanship will be applied to the production of your custom wig or hair unit according to the specifications you give on the original order form. Productions begin each Wednesday at our China factory. If production dates fall on a Chinese Holiday, US Holiday or Ms Lola.com vacations, holidays and unscheduled closings, productions will be delayed accordingly. If you would like notifications of any closings that can delay productions and delivery times of your order(s), please email email Ms Lola.
PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING PRODUCTION TERMS AND RETURN POLICIES CAREFULLY BEFORE FINALIZING PAYMENTS.
These terms, conditions and policies are binding without exception. If you do not agree with any, notify Ms Lola immediately at sales@MsLola.com. She will stop the production of your wig or hair unit, cancel your order and refund your payment.
IMPORTANT: We try hard to meet production deadlines, however, occasionally delays of a few days to one week or longer may occur at the factory because of Chinese Holidays, US Holidays, Ms Lola's Vacations, or quality control reasons. Our most important objective is to provide the finest quality wigs and hair units available. If a unit does not pass our final inspection for quality it will be remade immediately in a rush production. Please accept our apologies for any delays.
PLEASE READ: If an order is delayed because of Chinese Holidays, US Holidays, MsLola.com vacations, or quality control reasons, Ms Lola will we no longer refund any production rush fees, as payments have already been paid to our factory workers. PLEASE Do not choose a rush production if you can not accept a possible delay with your order.
PAYMENTS:
So that lace wigs and hair units can be affordable for nearly everyone, Ms Lola offers optional 2-payment plans for custom orders. If you would like for a deposit to be subtracted from the total cost of your order, select the amount in the 'Deposit' option on the custom order form of your choice, or request it by phone at 252-562-9499. (Phone payments receive a 5% discount on your order, excluding cut&styling and shipping cost.) Deposits are not refundable so PLEASE DO NOT ORDER A CUSTOM WIG OR HAIR UNIT IF YOU DO NOT INTEND TO COMPLETE PAYMENT. You will be throwing because ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE TO OUR FORFEITURE POLICY.
RETURNS:Custom wigs and hair units may be returned if the wrong unit is shipped or if the unit is not made with the same specifications given on the original order form. After you receive your wig from Ms Lola, promptly examine it to make sure it was made according to your specifications on the original Start of Production email notification. If you believe there are inconsistencies, STOP! Do not cut the lace or alter the hair in any way. Contact Ms Lola within 48 hours of the postmark stamp for a return authorization. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization from Ms Lola. After Ms Lola authorizes the return, please ship your order back with the United States Postal Service with Signature or Delivery Confirmation to:

VERY IMPORTANT: Your return must be postmarked no later than 7 business days after authorization is given. We will not accept the return of custom wigs or hair units if:
- the lace has been cut or damaged.
- any adhesive or discoloration is on the lace.
- the hair has been cut, colored, or styled.
- wavy and curly textures have been altered.
- "Styled Wigs" have been cut, restyled, combed or brushed.
Custom wigs and hair units must be returned in our original Ziploc bag with all tissue paper, netting and accessory products included.
REMAKES: Wigs and hair units that have to be remade because we made an error with specifications given on the original order form will be remade in a 25-Day Rush Production. Remakes will be made with the EXACT specifications given on your original order form, with the incorrect specification being corrected. Specification changes are not allowed. If you made a mistake with the specifications for your unit and discovered it after the unit has been made, we WILL NOT be held accountable, therefore make sure that you review Start of Production email notices carefully for errors. Notify Ms Lola by reply email before production starts on the unit.
IMPORTANT! Customers making 2 payments for custom orders have 30 days from the End of Production email notice to complete the final payment. Orders held after 30 days from the End of Production email notification become the property of Ms Lola, resulting in the first payment being forfeited. EXCEPTIONS WILL NOT BE MADE.
PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
Ms Lola offers precision cutting and styling for custom wigs, 3/4 wigs and half wigs at her standard fee of $100. In order to receive this service, you must select the "Cut & Style" option on your custom order form. After you have submitted your order form, please email Ms Lola the name or picture of the hair style to sales@MsLola.com. Put "Custom Order Hairstyle" in the subject line to insure that your email is received. If you do not want a cut and styled wig select 'None' on the order form and your wig will be freestyle, which means your hair will not be cut or styled. You or your stylist will have to perform this service after the wig is installed.
RETURN AND REFUND POLICIES FOR STOCK WIGS AND HAIR UNITS
Ms Lola makes every attempt to represent stock wigs and hair units accurately so that customers will be happy with their purchases. However in a few instances, customers may receive a wig or hair unit and decide it is not right for them and wish to return it. In these cases, we will issue store credit, minus a 10% (20% for 5-Day Wigs) restocking fee and shipping charges that can be applied to any future purchase of equal or lesser value. Cash refunds will not be issued. IMPORTANT! Examine your wig or hair unit carefully upon receipt and DO NOT alter at all if you plan to return it. Contact Ms Lola at sales@MsLola.com within 48 business hours after receiving the wig or hair unit for a return authorization. After authorization is given, package must be postmarked no later than 5 business days from that time. Later dates will be rejected and returned to you. If wigs and hair units do not conform to the conditions stated below, they will be returned to you and store credit is not applicable.NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE!
We will not honor the return of stock wigs or hair units if:
• the lace has been cut or damaged.
• any adhesive or discoloration is on the lace.
• the hair has been cut, colored, or styled.
• wavy and curly textures have been altered.
• Styled Wigs that have been cut, restyled, combed or brushed.
Wigs and hair units must be returned in our original Ziploc bag with all tissue paper, netting and accessory products included.
All sales are final on clearance and closeout wigs and hair units. Returns are not allowed and absolutely no refunds will be issued. Please contact Ms Lola with questions or concerns prior to ordering to avoid miscommunications.
No returns will be accepted without this prior authorization. All returns must be shipped with signature or delivery confirmation. USPS is cheapest.
IMPORTANT!! Synthetic wigs are pre-styled in production and packaged neatly in a cellophane bag, which keeps all hairs neatly in place. Once synthetic wigs are tried on, the hairs fall into new shapes and we cannot sell the wig as NEW after they've been taken out of the bag or tried it on, therefore unless you are familiar with the look and feel of synthetic hair, you should not purchase them. SYNTHETIC WIGS ARE NOT RETURNABLE UNLESS THE WRONG WIG IS SHIPPED!!

Custom order forms are at the bottom of the product pages, either physically or accessibly by the link. The option to make a deposit or full payment is within the form and not at checkout. WIG AND HAIR UNIT REPAIRS
We offer repairs for wigs and hair units that have been made by MsLola.com ONLY.
• Hair Reventilation: $100 & up
• Rips and tears: $75 & up
Repair units are sent to the factory on the 15th of each month or the next business day after if the 15th falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or US holiday. The approximate repair time for all units is 5 to 6 weeks after unit is shipped to the factory. Hair units must be freshly shampooed with all adhesives removed from the lace or we will send it back to you. All repair fees are due before unit will ship to the factory. SEVERELY DAMAGED WIGS CAN NOT BE REPAIRED. Please contact Ms Lola before sending any unit for repairs.
ADHESIVES AND ACCESSORY PRODUCTS

• Adhesives and solvents are neither returnable nor refundable.
• Unopened and unused accessory products in original packaging and wrapping may be returned for full refund minus shipping, or store credit minus shipping.
If you need to return an accessory product, you must first contact us to receive authorization. Return shipping address is: Ms

LAYAWAYS
MsLola.com is happy to offer layaway plans for Same Day Wigs, Styled Wigs and Clearance wigs to customers who can't afford to make the entire payment at once.
Our layaway plan allows you to purchase the stock wig of your choice and have up to 8 weeks to complete payment for it. Our convenient layaway arrangement ensures that you will receive the wig of your choice in timing that's right for your budget.

How long are Ms Lola’s layaway contracts?
Our standard layaway contracts are for eight weeks (four bi-monthly payments).
Are there any fees? Layaway contracts require a non-refundable $50 deposit.
Why is the deposit so high? When a wig is held in layaway, it is taken out of our inventory and not available for anyone else to purchase.If you forfeit the layaway contract, the $50 is the fee for the inconvenience.
Can I cancel a layaway contract?
Yes, you can cancel your layaway contract. You will receive a refund of your payments made to date minus the $50 deposit.
What are my payments?
Your first payment will be the $50 deposit. You will then pay 25% of the
remaining balance every two weeks.
What if I miss a layaway payment?
You have a 5-business day grace period after your payment due date before your contract is cancelled and the wig(s) is returned to our inventory. The $50 deposit is non-refundable.
How do I make my payments?
Payments can be made by phone at 252-562-9499 or you can authorize automatic payments to your credit or debit card on the payment due date.
If after receiving your wig or hair unit, you wish to return it for any reason, you may do so for store credit only. A 20% restocking fee, minus shipping cost will apply to authorized returns. Cash refunds will not be issued.
