happy with their purchases. However in a few instances, customers may order a unit that is not right for them
and wish to return it. In these cases, Ms Lola will allow customers to exchange the unit for another one of
equal or lesser value, minus a 20% restocking fee and shipping charges; or issue store credit in the amount
