Shipping within the United States
Domestic orders ship USPS Priority with delivery times of 2-3 business days (including Saturdays) depending on the location. Delivery to Alaska and Hawaii can take up to 4 days longer. First Class Priority Special Rate shipping is only $7.95 and is available for orders of $100 or more that weigh 1lb or less. First Class Priority Special Rate must be selected at checkout and can not be applied after order is complete. ~ UPS Next Day Air Saver is available for overnight deliveries. International Shipping
International orders ship USPS Priority International and USPS First Class International. Delivery time for Priority is usually 4-6 business days. Orders shipped First Class International can take 4 weeks or longer for delivery and can not weigh more than 1lb.


Finalizing payments constitutes your agreement with these terms, conditions and policies.
If you do not agree with any of our terms, please cancel your order before the checkout process, as these terms are binding without exception.

Standard production times for custom wigs and hair units are 8-10 weeks. Rush productions are suspended until further notice. Custom styled wigs can take up to 10 business days longer to ship. Add 3 additional days to each of these time frames to allow for shipment from our China factory. After your order arrives at, you will receive an End of Production email notifying you that your order is ready to ship to you. It will ship via the delivery method that you selected on your original order form. If your account is paid in full, freestyle wigs ship within business 48 hours. Wigs to be cut & styled usually ship within 7 business days but can take as long as 14 business days. Accounts with remaining balances will ship within these time frames after final payment is received.

Disclaimer: We try hard to meet production deadlines however delays of a week or longer can occur during Chinese holidays or mandatory factory closings, United States and holidays and vacations or if hair units do not meet our final inspection. If your order is delayed more than one week for any of these reasons, refunds are not offered. If your custom order is delayed more than one week after shipment times, email for an update. Please allow 24 business hours for a reply.

Custom orders cannot be cancelled after productions start unless there is an error on our part. Please be sure to review your Start of Production email carefully for any errors and contact Ms Lola within 48 business hours of the date in the subject line of your Start of Production email. Failure to do so could result in your wig or hair unit being made according to the wrong specifications, thus voiding return policy. Remaining balances for 2-payment orders must be paid no later than 2 weeks after the end of production date or hair units are subject to forfeiture.

Semi Custom wig orders are processed every Wednesday and ship 10-14 business days following the production Wednesday, unless the delivery time fall on a Chinese Holiday, US Holiday or vacations, holidays and unscheduled closings. If you would like notifications of any closings that can delay productions and delivery times for your order(s), please email us at for an update.

PAYMENTS: offers optional 2-payment plans for custom orders. If you would like for a deposit to be subtracted from the total cost of your order, select the amount in the 'Deposit' option on the custom order form of your choice, or request it by phone at 252-339-8802. Deposits are not refundable so PLEASE DO NOT ORDER A CUSTOM WIG OR HAIR UNIT IF YOU DO NOT INTEND TO COMPLETE PAYMENT. Orders left more than 2 weeks after the End of Production notice can result in forfeiture. ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE TO OUR FORFEITURE POLICY.

RETURNS:Custom wigs and hair units may be returned if the wrong unit is shipped or if the unit is not made with the same specifications given on the original order form. Store credit will be issued, minus shipping. After you receive your hair unit from, promptly examine it to make sure it was made according to your specifications on the original Start of Production email notification. If you believe there are inconsistencies STOP! Do not cut the lace or alter the hair in any way. Contact Ms Lola within 48 hours of the postmark stamp for a return authorization. Because of the nature of the sale, we can only issue store credit, minus shipping costs. Cash refunds will not be given. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization from Ms Lola. VERY IMPORTANT: Your return must be postmarked no later than 7 business days after authorization is given. We will not accept the return of custom wigs or hair units if:
- the lace has been cut or damaged.
- any adhesive or discoloration is on the lace.
- the hair has been cut, colored, or styled.
- wavy and curly textures have been altered.
- "Styled Wigs" have been cut, restyled, combed or brushed.
Custom wigs and hair units must be returned in our original Ziploc bag with all tissue paper, netting and accessory products included.

REMAKES: Wigs and hair units that have to be remade because we made an error with specifications given on the original order form will be remade in the same production time as the original order. Remakes will be made with the EXACT specifications given on your original order form, with the incorrect specification being corrected. Specification changes are not allowed. If you made a mistake with the specifications for your unit and discovered it after the unit has been made, we WILL NOT be held accountable, therefore make sure that you review Start of Production email notices carefully for errors. Notify us by reply email before production starts on the unit.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICIES FOR SEMI CUSTOM WIGS, ECONOMY WIGS AND OTHER STOCK HAIR UNITS makes every attempt to represent stock wigs and hair units accurately so that customers will be happy with their purchases. However in a few instances, customers may receive a wig or hair unit and decide it is not right for them and wish to return it. In these cases, we will issue store credit, minus a 20% restocking fee and shipping charges that can be applied to any future purchase of equal or lesser value. Cash refunds will not be issued. IMPORTANT! Examine your wig or hair unit carefully upon receipt and DO NOT alter at all if you plan to return it. Contact Ms Lola at within 48 business hours after receiving the wig or hair unit for a return authorization. After authorization is given, package must be postmarked no later than 7 business days from that time. Later dates will be rejected and returned to you. If wigs and hair units do not conform to the conditions stated below, they will be returned to you and store credit is not applicable. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE!

We will not honor the return of stock wigs or hair units if:
• the lace has been cut or damaged.
• any adhesive or discoloration is on the lace.
• the hair has been cut, colored, or styled.
• wavy and curly textures have been altered.
• Styled Wigs that have been cut, restyled, combed or brushed.

Wigs and hair units must be returned in our original Ziploc bag with all tissue paper, netting and accessory products included.

All sales are final on clearance and closeout wigs and hair units. Returns are not allowed and absolutely no refunds will be issued. Please contact Ms Lola with questions or concerns prior to ordering to avoid miscommunications.

No returns will be accepted without this prior authorization. All returns must be shipped with signature or delivery confirmation. USPS is cheapest.
